As long as users have an active account, techmatchup grants them a non-exclusive license to utilize the provided content on our website, subject to the restrictions outlined in Article 8. This license for Free Plan users is limited to personal and non-commercial purposes.

techmatchup reserves the right to modify the scope of services provided to Free Plan users without prior notice and may terminate service for accounts inactive for three months.

4. Pricing

Service pricing varies based on the selected plan. Description of current plans can be found here. Changes to pricing will be communicated to users, who have the option to terminate service if they disagree with the new pricing.

5. Payment

For corporate accounts, payment will be processed upon receipt of the invoice, and renewal is automatic unless prior notice is received one month before the renewal date.

For individual users, payment can be made online via card and operates on the basis of recurring payments, with the flexibility to cancel at any time:

1. Upon completing the initial payment following the instructions provided on our website interface, you will be prompted to authorize the payment settings.
2. Subsequently, the fixed payment, according to the current price list, will be automatically processed at the selected intervals (monthly or yearly), requiring no further action from users.
3. If users wish to discontinue payments, they can do so by notifying us at any time via our contact email or by adjusting the settings in their user account. We will promptly acknowledge their request, and no further payments will be charged.
4. Recurring payments will also cease if credit or debit card expires.

6. Termination of the service

Users may terminate or modify their techmatchup account at any time by adjusting the settings in their user account. No refunds are provided for terminated subscriptions. techmatchup may restrict or cancel service for accounts in arrears or for violations of these terms. techmatchup reserves the right to terminate services with two months' notice under compelling circumstances, with prorated refunds for annual subscriptions.

7. Intellectual property

Users acknowledge that all content, services, and related materials provided by techmatchup are proprietary intellectual property. Users agree not to claim ownership or redistribute any materials without authorization.

8. Prohibited usage

Users shall not permit anyone to use their account and access or use the services and provided content.

Users shall not engage in conduct that compromises, restricts, or otherwise negatively affects the stability and availability of our website and services.

Users shall not use any device, software, or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the operation of the website and provided services. Users shall not use or attempt to use any scraper, bot, programming code, or any device to systematically access, copy, or monitor any portion of the website or provided content. Furthermore, users may not modify, decompile, decrypt or reverse-engineer any portion of the website.
